Hello,I'm Donna

For over thirty years, I have trained everyone from the soccer moms to the professional athletes. I was one of the first personal trainers in the country, and I opened one of the first personal  training facilities in the country. I, myself, have competed at the highest levels of body  sculpting, combining weight training and nutrition for maximum results. The only  thing I love more than overcoming challenges and creating power in my own life is multiplying it in others.
