"Total Enthusiasm"

I have been training at DangerousFit for one year now and total enthusiasm is my overall feeling about my training progress.  Coach Donna researched the specific needs and specific events of a gymnast and created a personalized training program that is age appropriate for a 13 year female gymnast athlete.  The valued benefits of these sport-specific training programs are injury prevention, the ability to maintain static hold handstands at 90 degrees on the high bar and improved height on tumbling passes from the increase in my strength

I entered the fitness training thinking I could get a lean and muscled upper body.  I got that and so much more!
