Group & One-on-One Personal Training

12 to 90 Session Series

Enrollment in a series of sessions will involve a specifically designed program for each individual, even when training in a group setting. Each session includes over 1 hour of instructional physical activity, water and a workout towel. Each individual's physical makeup is different. There are a lot of factors that work together to determine your needs. Although we offer group settings, your individual needs are always a priority.

What is Fusion?

Our Fusion fitness program is a high intensity interval training that burns calories, builds muscle and improves aerobic performance. For more information, check out Our Science page or contact us.

Sisters In Fitness

A Six Week Women Only Group Fitness Training Course

This fitness course is designed to stimulate all muscle groups and targets the female specific physical structure needs.  Aerobic interval training and stretching is involved. Flip & Burn 500 - 800 calories a session! Weekly nutritional meal plans are provided.  This women’s fitness course meets twice weekly, performs the “workout of the day” and every four weeks has “Dinner and a Movie” provided for them by DangerousFit.

Men's TrainFit

A Six Week Men Only Group Fitness Training Course

This fitness course consists of specific muscle building, body design, cardiovascular strengthening, and nutritional coaching for the Male client. Aerobic interval training stretching is involved.  Flip & Burn 700 - 1000 calories a session!  This men’s training course meets twice weekly, performs the “workout of the day” and focus on expanding on muscle group performance to expedite physical results.

What is your target zone?

Our assessment is a procedure involving the formulation of the new participant’s Total Personal Training Program based on his/her medical history, body fat, anthropometric measurements, resting and active heart rate / blood pressure readings, sub-maximal cardiovascular fitness workload, strength and flexibility evaluation, Nutritional Profile, Lifestyle Change Profile, Personality Profile, Self-Motivation Profile and participant’s obstacles and goals. Training sessions are specifically designed to expedite the progress of improving the appeal of a specific body part, to meet the individual's desire to be ready for a certain event; such as, a date, wedding, vacation or competition.
